ASX RELEASE ǀ CLEARVUE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
(ASX: CPV | OTCQX: CVUEF)
ClearVue and LandVac Deploy Joint Venture Technology
First real-world deployment of jointly developed next-generation photovoltaic glazing marks an important
step in commercialising the ClearVue-LandVac technology for the global retrofit market.
HIGHLIGHTS
• ClearVue and LandVac commence first real-world validation of their jointly developed next-
generation single-glazed insulating photovoltaic window.
• Deployment represents an important execution milestone following the recently announced
Hong Kong joint venture between ClearVue and LandVac.
• Technology is designed to generate renewable electricity while significantly improving the
thermal performance of existing buildings.
• Measurement and Verification deployment at a Macau hotel will directly compare the new
technology against existing legacy single glazing under real operating conditions.
• Environmental sensors will monitor electricity generation, thermal performance and air-
conditioning energy consumption.
• Three ClearVue BIPV façade cladding panels incorporating different surface finishes will also be
evaluated for durability, weathering and maintenance performance under Macau’s subtropical
climate.
24 September 2026 – Perth, Australia – Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies
Limited (ASX: CPV | OTCQX:CVUEF) (ClearVue or the Company) is pleased to announce the
commencement of the first real-world deployment of photovoltaic glazing technology jointly
developed with LandVac. This marks an important next step in the execution of the parties’ recently
announced Hong Kong joint venture and its strategy to commercialise next-generation glazing
solutions for the global retrofit market.
The deployment, at a hotel in Macau under a Letter of Intent with the customer, will provide real-
world Measurement and Verification data for Project Delta. The jointly developed single-glazed
insulating photovoltaic window technology was first presented to ClearVue shareholders during the
April 2026 Investor Webinar.
Project Delta is designed to deliver thermal performance comparable to approximately 1.5 metres of
brick wall while being about the thickness of a mobile phone, all while generating renewable
electricity. The Macau deployment represents the next stage in validating these performance
characteristics under real operating conditions.
As part of the deployment, an existing legacy single-glazed window will be replaced with the new
technology. An adjacent room retaining the existing glazing will provide a direct comparison, enabling

electricity generation, thermal performance and cooling energy consumption to be measured under
comparable operating conditions.
In addition to the window deployment, three BIPV façade cladding panels incorporating different
surface finishes will be installed for evaluation. While the panels will not be electrically connected
during this phase, the assessment will compare durability, weathering and maintenance performance
under Macau’s subtropical climate, providing valuable insights into long-term surface performance
and maintenance requirements.
LandVac Founder, Mr ZHAO, Yan said:
"The Macau hotel is the first real-world deployment of our work with ClearVue, and it certainly won't be
the last. From day one, our aim has been to develop next-generation glazing products that improve the
thermal and energy performance of the building envelope.
It's an exciting time to be working in this space. Legacy single glazing allows significant heat transfer, driving
up cooling loads in hot, humid climates, which makes Macau's subtropical conditions an ideal test
environment. A side-by-side comparison with an adjacent room will show us two things: how much
electricity the window generates, and what difference it makes to cooling demand. We look forward to
applying those insights to the next products we develop with ClearVue."
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director Doug Hunt said:
“This deployment demonstrates the early execution of our joint venture with LandVac and represents an
important step in taking our jointly developed technology from product development into real-world
validation. The combination of LandVac’s advanced glazing technology with ClearVue’s photovoltaic
technology creates a compelling solution for the global retrofit market - improving building thermal
performance while also generating renewable electricity.
This new product delivers excellent insulation and a 20% less solar heat gain coefficient. It is a lightweight
glazing solution that is roughly three times as efficient as a normal double-glazed unit and around 12 times
more efficient than legacy single glazing.
The product also has the potential to reduce both operational carbon in buildings and embodied carbon in
construction due to its lower weight and reduced material requirements.
Independent real-world data is an important part of progressing the technology towards broader
commercial deployment and building confidence among architects, engineers, developers and building
owners.
I’d also like to acknowledge the support of erbas in this important project. Their independent engineering
expertise will provide valuable validation of the technology under real operating conditions and support its
progression towards commercial deployment.”
Non-Executive Director Andrew Lau said:
“Across Asia, improving the performance of existing buildings is becoming an increasingly important priority
as governments, building owners and developers seek practical solutions to reduce energy consumption
and carbon emissions. The retrofit market represents one of the largest opportunities to improve the energy
performance of the built environment, and validation under real operating conditions is an essential step in
demonstrating both technical performance and practical application. The data generated through this
deployment will provide valuable evidence to support future retrofit projects and broader commercial
adoption.”
