Industry-First BIPV Breakthrough
Only BIPV manufacturer capable of applying solar control coatings to Surface 4 for
maximum thermal performance
▪ Unique capability: Soft Low-E coating can be applied to Surface 4,
delivering optimal solar heat control. Competitors typically apply
coatings to Surface 5, which significantly reduces effectiveness.
▪ Market unlock: Enables access to the global commercial façade market
by meeting the specification requirements that architects and engineers
design around.
▪ Proven at scale: Validated in production with AGC Interpane.
Compatible with existing coating lines, meaning no specialised
equipment is required.
▪ Industry first: Combines on-site clean energy generation with
commercial-grade thermal performance. No other BIPV product
currently offers this combination.

Global Expansion with Partners
Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with Aria
Glass Industries, India
The partnership gives ClearVue a manufacturing foothold in one of the
world’s largest and fastest-growing construction markets. India’s
construction sector was valued at more than US$1 trillion in 2025. Aria
Glass Industries signed a memorandum of understanding with the
Government of Maharashtra in January 2024 to invest US$240.5 million
in a new float glass plant and related engineering and manufacturing
facilities, providing local capacity to support production. The agreement
complements ClearVue’s existing relationship with Alutec across the
Middle East.
InvestHK and LandVac JV
ClearVue continued to build commercial momentum in Hong Kong and
the Greater Bay Area during the quarter. Managing Director and CEO
Doug Hunt took part in a media interview with King Leung, Global Head of
Fintech and Sustainability at InvestHK, and Zhao Yan, Founder and
Chairman of LandGlass Technology Co. Ltd, published in the South China
Morning Post. The coverage pointed to the research and development
joint venture with LandGlass subsidiary LandVac, the opening of a
ClearVue office in Hong Kong, and a growing regional project pipeline.
