The program has reached its conclusion after the twomonth engagement. 23 September 2025 – Perth, Australia – ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (ClearVue or the Company) today announced its engagement with Kidder Williams Limited (“Kidder Williams”), entered into on 20 July 2025, concluded after the program delivered on the goals set forth in the agreement. During the engagement, Kidder Williams provided ClearVue with valuable input as the Company undertook a business review and assessed its capital management options. ClearVue has taken their recommendations into account including a focus on identifying industry executives to join the ClearVue Board. In addition, the company has already made significant shifts in Company leadership. The Company anticipates further updates on board appointments in the near term, with one appointment to replace Victor Rosenberg, following his previously announced retirement at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). ClearVue thanks Kidder Williams for their contribution and support as the company undertook its leadership and board revitalisation program and additionally instituted a program to align its investments, spending and commercialisation efforts with a focus on driving long term shareholder value.
