Piotr Pałasz, Technical Sales Manager

We're delighted to welcome Piotr Pałasz to the ClearVue team as our new Technical Sales Manager.

With nearly 30 years of experience in international sales, business development, and the architectural glass industry, Piotr Pałasz is an accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across European markets.

Most recently, he served as Project / Technical Sales Manager at PRESS GLASS Holding S.A., where he was responsible for business development in Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, he successfully developed new business opportunities, strengthened the company’s market position, and managed strategic customer relationships across multiple international markets.

His career includes leadership and project management roles at Pilkington IGP, Swisspacer (Saint-Gobain), and Guardian Industries, where he developed extensive expertise in architectural glass, facade systems, and complex construction projects. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with investors, architects, facade contractors, and glass processors, successfully combining technical knowledge with commercial excellence.

Piotr specialises in international business development, strategic sales, contract negotiations, and building long-term customer relationships. He is recognised for his ability to identify market opportunities, develop sustainable growth strategies, and deliver results in highly competitive environments.
